Do you have any complain regarding DTS Bus service

ReplyDeleteCity bus service brings an easy way to move from one place to another.This is very good news to regular bus passenger,but some of conductor are not behaved well with the passenger.One of example explained below...
Today (14/07/12) i started journey from Barunei Bypass (Khurda) to Retanga Station Road (Janla)in the bus OR-02 BK 9925, but your conductor provide ticket from Khurda to Gohira Chac. vide ticket No.0101120714091600096273 with Rs.10.00.When i asked him why you stick ticket from Khurda to Gohira Chak.,he replaied me there is no Barunei Bypass & Retanga Station ticket, where as i am a regular passenger from the particular location & your another conductor stick ticket from those pointed location.This is totaly monopoly system by your staff or the conductor was not known the route details from BBSR to KHURDA.So you plz verified your end & give us proper service.Awaiting your suggestion.

The Bus conductor told me this bus will not go upto dumuduma route.
this bus will stop in master canteen. But in front side of bus banner written
jadupur to mancheswar. Why they cann't change the banner.
if they can't go upto dumuduma route.
